My name is Kelsey Barnett. I attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Science in Entomology. I fell in love with the science of classification, but I have always enjoyed helping others learn. I started substitute teaching in 2013. From there I earned my teaching certificate and gained immeasurable experience working in Title 1 schools. My husband and I have two wonderful daughters. We are animal lovers and have adopted two dogs and two cats in the seven years we have been together.

I’m very excited to get to know your kids this upcoming year and help them soar through First Grade.
