Admissions Process

Abercrombie Academy offers a challenging private school education in a warm, traditional classroom setting. Student selection for our kindergarten and elementary school is based on academic and non-academic requirements, and screening is required for all new students to the school.

Academic requirements for elementary school students include submitting pertinent records from the previous school including grades, teacher recommendations and standardized testing information.

Non-academic considerations include the applicant’s demonstration of initiative, independence and self-discipline. A student is accepted when these admission requirements are met and there is available space in the appropriate class. Abercrombie serves children regardless of race, color, sex, religious preference or national origin

1. Complete and submit the application and medical forms along with the application fee.

2. Submit previous records and test scores, if applicable.

3. Complete screening/interview requirements.

4. Upon acceptance, submit registration fee. A place will not be reserved for a student until the registration fee is paid.
